Bootsma Bakery is a European style bakery with Dutch roots located in Lethbridge, a few blocks south of the hospital on 17th Street. Steven was raised in Rocky Mountain House and grew up working in his Dad's bakery since he could barely see over the table. We joke that baking is in his blood, but seriously, he's a fourth generation baker so it's probably true. Everything we bake is made from scratch using recipes passed down for generations. Our passion is to nourish our community with wholesome and delicious baking.
