Kung Pao Mushrooms

This popular Mocha Local recipe is requested often and we love showcasing Urban Micros fresh oyster mushrooms. This Kung Pao recipe is our twist on a Chinese dish typically made with chicken. We replaced the chicken with the oyster mushrooms but you can add chicken if you want (chicken breasts available to purchase in the farmers market section). Served with organic basmati rice and roasted broccoli.
