James Meservy, the proprietor of Old West Ranch Cheese Factory, has just added this Brie cheese he is making from his Jersey cows milk, he has been making Canada's only farmstead water buffalo mozzarella at his family's farm in Mountain View, Alberta. A one man operation, he is the rancher and the cheesemaker, and we love his creamy artisanal fresh cheeses.
We currently deliver to residents of Lethbridge, Coaldale, Coalhurst, and Taber! We also offer Pickup on Tuesdays from Mocha Local.
